Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

The description of course is as available in the Jalpa Cab Portal.

Normally payment is required before due date.(i.e 5th of every month).

All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. Fees are subject to change without prior notice

Your payment will normally reach the Jalpa cab account within two working days

JALPA CAB is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to incorrect account number or

incorrect personal details. JALPA CAB also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the

credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

You will not impair the proper operations of the net work.

You will not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person legal entity

Your will keep your account password information confidential or any other identification we provide you which

allows access to the service.

You will provide us with whatever proof of identify we may reasonability request.

The Company shall be entitled to add to vary or amend or all these terms and conditions at any time and the

customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment

are incorporated into these terms and conditions at company website.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the management, will only be made to the debit/Credit card used fo

original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this policy shall require the JALPA CAB refund the

fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

The Company shall be entitled to add to vary or amend or all these terms and conditions at any time and the

customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment

are incorporated into these terms and conditions at company website

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION AND TRANSACTIONS:- By clicking the I agree button, You

consent to conduct transactions and receive communications , notice and information from us electronically

whether sent by e-mail or other electronic means. Electronic Communications shall be deemed to have been

received by you when we send the electronic communication to the mail address/mobile number that as per our

records, or when we post the electronic communication on the application of the website.
